Full Protection Insurance (S.C.D.W.) is not valid when driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding or in a traffic violation.
Renters must be 21 years old for both bike and car rentals.
A valid Greek/ European (for member countries of the E.U.) or International (for other countries) driving license is required to rent a vehicle with TP Rentals.
VAT 24% and all legal taxes are included in car rental and bike rental prices.
You are allowed to drive our car rentals outside Corfu, but first you must contact TP Rentals and pay the Off Island Permission Fee, otherwise you cannot drive them outside the island of Corfu and you are liable to any damage or loss caused.
You can pay upon arrival by Credit card or in Cash.
7.1. The Renter must return the vehicle together with all tires, tolls, car documents, accessories and equipment to the Lessor in the city where the vehicle was rented or as otherwise specified and on the date specified or sooner, upon demand of the Lessor.
7.2. The Renter receives the vehicle in good order and condition and is liable for the cost of all fuel consumed during rental.
7.3. The Renter has to check constantly the oil and water lever, tires tension and everything else necessary to keep the vehicle in good condition even when it is not being operated.
7.4. The vehicle shall not be operated:
a) In way that the insurance will be invalid.
b) To transport goods in a violation of existing regulation or in any other illegal manner.
c) To carry passengers or property for a consideration express or implied.
d) By any person other than the Renter or by any person who declares false names, address or age.
e) By any person other than the Renter and any additional driver authorized by the Lessor whose age should be over 21 and his driving license valid for at least one year.
f) By any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
g) To carry more than the permitted amount of passengers or luggage.
h) In roads that are in bad condition.
i) Outside of GREECE without authorization of the Lessor in advance.
j) Against any traffic and safety regulations. The above limitations are cumulative and each one of them will be applicable in every case functions or operation of the vehicle. Every damage deriving by the inobservance of the above will be under the responsibility of the Renter.
